  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

  • You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details once your order is shipped


2. Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible orders

  • You may receive a confirmation call, SMS, or WhatsApp message before dispatch

  • Failure to confirm may result in order cancellation


5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled

  • Courier issues or transportation delays

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

9. Undelivered Orders / RTO (Return to Origin)

  • If an order is not accepted or cannot be delivered, it may be returned to us

  • Repeated non-acceptance of COD orders may lead to restrictions on future orders


10. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos/videos as proof

We will investigate and resolve the issue accordingly.
