Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as delivered

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or confirmation) is required

Return Process

To initiate a return, you must first contact us at kvamsi.ecom@gmail.com with your order details.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide:

  • The return address

  • Instructions for returning the product

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will bear the return shipping cost


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear video of parcel opening as proof

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Personal care, hygiene, or beauty products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Perishable goods

  • Sale items or discounted products

  • Gift cards


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

  • Customers must provide correct bank/UPI details


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different product:

  • Return the item (if eligible)

  • Place a new order separately


European Union Customers

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned with proof of purchase
