Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as delivered

It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact

Proof of purchase (order ID or confirmation) is required
Return Process
To initiate a return, you must first contact us at kvamsi.ecom@gmail.com with your order details.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide:

Instructions for returning the product
Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will bear the return shipping cost
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear video of parcel opening as proof
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

We will notify you of approval or rejection
If approved:

Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

Refund will be issued to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Customers must provide correct bank/UPI details
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different product:

European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days without providing a reason.
